“Hi everyone, my name is Warren Leslie and I am the Head Coach of our Athletics Program as well as a Trainer here at World Gym Plus 15! I struggled for years to find direction in the gym and could never quite get the results I was hoping for. Once I invested in my own fitness by hiring a Coach, my workouts started to become exciting and the results became very rewarding! I want to have the same positive impact on my client's lives, while providing customized programs that will get you results both mentally and physically. I love showing people that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be a chore but something you look forward too everyday! I’ve worked with a wide range of people over my career, from athletes to beginners. No two clients have been the same and neither should be their fitness programs. I've had the privilege working with clients as a trainer for over two decades! Obtaining extensive knowledge in the field of fitness is a passion of mine that I strive to improve everyday. My desire, dedication, and determination to continuously grow as a coach, offers my clients extensive knowledge and variety in their training. I have worked with a wide range of ages and clients experiencing serious conditions such as Arthritis, Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Frozen shoulder, Impingements, Herniated Discs, preparing/recovering from surgery or rehabbing an injury. I am currently working with Medical Doctors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractic Clinics and other experts to aid my clients after serious injuries and traumas. As an exercise specialist, I want to help people live a healthier-pain free life. Let us stay active, positive and happy on a daily basis and be a better version of yourself every day.

Bio:

I grew up playing various sports including soccer, basketball, touch football and rugby league. After sustaining too many injuries in contact sports, my passion for fitness lead me more into the gym. I decided to focus on weight training which eventually lead me into bodybuilding. I started competing in Bodybuilding Shows and eventually took home a 1st place in Men’s Physique! I am currently learning more on improving mobility, injury prevention as well as completing my certification as a Orthopedic Exercise Specialist. I am always striving to learn new skills and increase my knowledge in all aspects of fitness. I believe in keeping your workouts new & exciting while emphasizing proper form, mind-muscle connection and education. I like customize my clients workouts to be fun, yet measurable to ensure progress and achievements.

The day I met Jairo, I was going to quit the gym. I was unmotivated, too shy to workout and in a lot of pain. For the past forty years I had forgotten about myself. I had neglected my health and kept putting on weight, each year I felt worse than the last. Jairo promised me on that day, that if I could give him 36 sessions, only 36 hours, then I would see a big change. So I decided to stop forgetting about myself and put my effort into my goals and dreams. Now less than a year later I am almost 30lbs lighter, I can lift 200lbs and I look and feel like a completely different person. Jairo has truly changed my life. I am happy! So so so happy!
