Please make sure you read the following before participating in a class!

1. Enter your first and last name to sign up for the desired class 
2. We require a minimum of 2 hours in advance for all sign-ups
3. Be at least 5 minutes early (This is for your safety! No entry permitted after class starts)
4. Have fun, work hard, leave better than you were when you came in
 
FAQ
1. What fitness levels are the classes for?: The classes are designed for every fitness level! If you are a beginner, or advanced, come prepared to get a great workout in. Talk to your instructor before class if you have any injuries or limitations and they will be able to help you out
2. If you can't make it: Please cancel through the email reservation confirmation sent to you, or call the club [403-910-8033] to let your instructors know
